At Blåkläder, we stand behind the quality of our workwear. If something is not right with your order, you can return it quickly and easily. Below you will find the information you need to start a return online or contact us for support.
Please note that you cannot submit a claim through the online service. To submit a claim, please read more about claims.
If your order is linked to a business account, it cannot be returned online. Please contact Blåkläder by email at irishsales@blaklader.com to initiate a return.
ABOUT RETURNS
Please note that it is not possible to cancel or withdraw from your purchase once it has been completed, but before the goods have been delivered. Returns are only possible once the products have been delivered.
Goods being returned within 35 days of the order date can be returned without any deduction. For returns made between 35 and 95 days after the order date, a 15% deduction will be applied. Items cannot be returned more than 95 days after the order date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and in its original packaging. Customized garments cannot be returned.
Please note that you cannot exchange a product via the online returns service. To exchange a product, register your return online, send the product back to us and then order a new one via our web shop.
